Our claims service is very important to us. That’s why we take this part of our service very seriously and will be there to hold your hand every step of the way.
It doesn’t matter if you are a Commercial or Personal insurance client, we are your first point of contact when you need to make a claim. Below, are a few guidance notes on what you can expect depending on whether you are a Business or Personal insurance client.
Business Insurance Clients
We will take brief details of the claim circumstances and then advise the appropriate course of action. For major claims it will involve the appointment of Loss Adjusters who will handle the claim on behalf of the insurers and make sure immediate action is taken to mitigate the potential loss. For more minor claims we have several insurers who allow repairs to commence immediately once the claim has been reported. Please seek our guidance as soon as possible to keep your business up and running with minimal disruption.
It is vitally important that we are advised as soon as possible of any potential loss or claim so that we may make your insurers aware of the claim and confirm the course of action necessary.
Personal Insurance Clients
Should a loss happen outside of our normal business hours your Claims Helpline number will be contained within your policy booklet. These are usually available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
